SHIPPING AND RETURNS

- Price policy

When no deadline for performance is stated upon receipt of the order, the delivery is due no later than ten (10) days after receipt of the order by Laryshop.gr, unless there is a problem in the availability of the item and this has been communicated from the outset to the customer placing the order or a reason of force majeure. Orders are executed within an eight-hour working day (9:00am - 5:00pm) except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The indicated prices of the products are the final prices (i.e. including VAT). The online store of Laryshop.gr reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to the customer.

The times of the routes of each shipment are not negotiable.  The company is not bound in any case to the dispatch of the order of products, which are offered through the online store, and due to typographical or computer error are presented at a different price from the current price in the posted price list.

* All orders are subject to shipping costs.  Indicatively we mention that the minimum shipping cost of a parcel outside Attica is 4 euros.
* Confirmation of the order: Every order always follows e-mail and / or telephone for confirmation.

- Order cancellation.

Cancellation of an order is accepted only as long as the order has not yet been executed and the item has not been delivered (i.e. no delivery note has been issued), either by e-mail or by telephone.  You have the possibility to be informed about the progress of your order, either by telephone or by sending an e-mail.

- Product availability

The company reserves the right to inform customers in the event of subsequent unavailability of an ordered item, for the possible time of delivery.  In this case, if it is deemed that the delay makes the transaction unprofitable for the customer, the order may be revoked without any loss to the customer. Any other order shall be executed as normal.

- Receipt of the order

Receipt is made by the person named in the order as the recipient by showing his/her identity card or passport. Order delivery method.  The customer's order is sent to the address that he has indicated to Laryshop.gr when placing the order, by the means of Laryshop.gr's choice.  The shipment of the order is subject to transport costs, depending on the volume and weight. The software of the e-shop calculates and informs the customer of the cost of transport, just before the completion of the order.

The COMPANY reserves the right to modify the ways, conditions and shipping prices at will and without prior notice.

- Returns of products, which are considered defective upon delivery, at the expense of Laryshop.gr.

In the event that any product/s are deemed defective upon delivery, the return of such product/s will be at the expense of Laryshop.gr. In this case, the return of the defective product(s) can be made either by the customer himself in any store maintained by Laryshop.gr with the brand name "Laryshop.gr" nationwide, or by sending it/them, with Laryshop.gr bearing the costs of collection, by means of the absolute choice of Laryshop.gr and after consultation of the customer with the staff of the Online Store of Laryshop.gr. The return of products, which are considered defective upon delivery, will be accepted within three (3) calendar days of delivery to the customer. At the same time, the product must not be damaged and must have all the original documents that accompanied it (e.g. D.A.T., Retailer's Receipt, etc.) and its complete packaging.
