The whole of this WEBSITE, including photographs, images, texts, graphics, source code, databases, drawings, news, illustrations, software, applications, services provided and all kinds of files and content, is the intellectual property of the WEBSITE and/or its licensors, after the necessary permission has been obtained from them to be posted on the website, and is governed by the Greek, European and international provisions on intellectual property. Consequently, it is expressly prohibited to reproduce, republish, copy, store, sell, transmit, distribute, publish, perform, translate, modify in any way, in whole, in part or in part, without the prior written permission of the owner/holder. Exceptionally, the individual storage of a single copy of part of the content of the website on a simple personal computer is permitted, for personal use only and in no case for public or commercial use, without prejudice in any way to the relevant intellectual and industrial property rights. PRODUCT ORDERS - PRICES - METHOD OF PAYMENT - RETURN POLICY

PRICES.

The prices quoted are all-inclusive and include the prices of the goods. In any case, however, the customer at the time of receipt of the product will pay the price indicated at the time of the order.

PAYMENT:

1) deposit in a bank account - electronic transfer of money

2) cash on delivery.

By completing the order, an e-mail will be sent to the customer confirming the order, which will include all of the above methods

MONEY REFUND: No refund will be given for any product if it has been used or even altered in any way in its packaging. Therefore it must be in perfect condition, sealed, complete and without any damage. The product packaging must be that which normally accompanies the product and must be in perfect condition. In the event that a product is found to be defective, it is subject to any warranty of the company that produced it and the responsibility for repair and/or replacement rests with that company.

The customer, upon contacting info@laryshop.gr in the first instance, will be able to return the product within (7) seven (7) calendar days of receipt. Once the product has been received and checked by the competent department, a refund will be made by depositing it in a bank account corresponding to the name of the customer who placed the order (regardless of the method of payment), which will be communicated to the WEBSITE in a timely manner and in writing, within 7 (seven) calendar days from the day of receipt to the company.

ETHICS AND LIABILITY OF USERS/MEMBERS - DAMAGE/COMPENSATION

The visitor/user is prohibited from sending or transmitting through the WEBSITE any illegal material. Such material is considered to be material that violates the rights of third parties (indicatively, intellectual and industrial property rights, privacy and personal data protection rights) and/or is false, inaccurate, threatening, abusive, insulting, offensive, vulgar, violent, defamatory or encourages criminal acts. In the event that the WEBSITE is notified that any content causes moral damage or other harm to a third party, it reserves the right to proceed immediately to the deletion of such content and at the same time to terminate the account of the user/member who violates the terms hereof.
